Courtyard Marriot Hotel, Sylvan Road, Bangor, MaineBangor Savings Bank was the construction lender for the hotel development of the Couryard Marriot located in Bangor, Maine. CMCS served as the lender's representative making sure the project proceeded on schedule and within budget.
Bayside East, Portland, Maine

This project was a 20-unit affordable senior housing facility. It incoporated green building and energy efficiency design.
Brick Hill Heights, Pearl Place, and Cousens SchoolCMCS represented AVESTA Housing on three quality affordable housing projects ranging in size from 30-60 units. The project offered a range of apartment sizes and included a number of subsidized, non-subsidized and handicapped units.
Meeting Place, Exeter, NHThis affordable housing complex on Epping Route 27 quadrupled in size from 26 units of senior housing in one building to three additional buildings and 96 units of workforce housing.
Chestnut Street Lofts, Portland, ME Chestnut Street Lofts is an eight-story condominium project with commercial space on the first floor. CMCS was hired to oversee construction, monitor work as it progressed from start to substaintial completion to ensure the general contractor met the intent of the plans and specifications set forth.
Shaw House, Bangor, ME
Shaw House Development recently renovated this historic complex. Built in 1875, the facility had been vacant since 1965. CMCS was hired at the beginning of the project due to its historic nature. A challenging project, several issues threatened the schedule and budget. Through CMCS' efforts, the project was converted into 35 residential efficiency units for the homeless.

From pre-construction through project close-out, CMCS was involved in the conversion of this school into a 12-unit condominium development.
