Ronald Norton has over 30 years of direct construction experience. He has directed the construction of large single family developments, health care facilities, and construction of commercial and multifamily projects all over New England.
With Construction Management Consulting Services, LLC, Mr. Norton handles the oversight of the construction process to assure that the project meets the expectations of the owner.

Alan Nichols brings with him over 15 years of construction, construction mgmt., and owner representation experience. He most recently served as a Senior Construction Analyst for Maine State Housing Authority working with developers, contractors, architects and financing institutions overseeing large multifamily residential developments. Mr. Nichols brings a vast knowledge and experience of all aspects of development and construction for both large and small projects.
